How I can make a payment & how much?
Please fill up the following company and Himalayan Bank's form to make payment. An advance payment of 30% of total trip cost per person must be deposited through an online portal or company bank account at the time of booking the trip to uphold the reservation and cover any initial expenses. This advance payment will be deducted from your total trip cost.
When I make the payment, which card, can I use?
Have a pay directly using your Visa card / Master Card / American Express / JCB. You are unable to pay us by using other cards rather than stated above.
Once you click on the "Submit" button you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway Page provided by the Himalayan Bank Pvt. Ltd. where you will need to provide your card details to complete the payment process. Please do not use your browser's 'back' or 'refresh' button while your transaction is being processed.
How do you know if your trip booking amount has been credited to our IHSA bank account?
After payment, both of us receive payment confirmation notification messages (PCNM) instantly, and often we will find the message in the spam folder rather than the inbox. If both of us receive PCNM then it confirmed payment successful.
What do I get For the Trip Booking Confirmation?
Once we have received your booking we will send you an invoice giving payment details and Trip Booking Confirmation Letter. We encourage you to make your payment through an online portal. It saves your time, effort, stress.

When, how can pay I the due amount of the trip to the company?
The due amount of the trip must be cleared in either cash according to the previous deal on your arrival day before departure your trip. As well as the due amount also could pay through an online payment portal 14 days before the arrival in USD currency. While you make payment online, my bank charges you a service charge of 3.5% of the total trip cost and it is borne by yourself. If you do payments in cash then you are not required to pay a 3.5% service charge of the bank.
Note: We don't accept the notes why it is torn slightly, a heavy folded note, Ink on the notes, and the series number of notes below 2003.
What happens if for some reason I am not able to pay the due amount to the company on time?
Failure to pay the due amount on time will result in the company stopping the trip and the company will not be responsible for it.
Can I pay the due amount of the trip through the company bank account too?
We don't accept payment through a bank account optional. Because we don't have a direct international bank. The currency you deposited from there will be used by several middle banks(one bank to other banks) to deposit the amount in our company's account here. If a small mistake is made whether you or middle banks while transacting from one bank to another, the amount gets stuck on the way. It wastes your money, efforts, time, etc. To escape all these problems by two parties(company & clients), we encourage you for online payment optional and denied bank payment.
